JSK 30th Anniversary Celebration – Photo Gallery

　皆さん、こんにちは。にほんご空間・京都の30周年パーティーに来てくださり、ありがとうございます。私は、中上級クラスの鳥塚です。通訳はマットさんです。
　「にほんご空間・京都」は、1995年の5月に「日本語クラブ」という名前で始まりました。今日はその時の先生が横浜から来てくださいました。永井先生です。それから、澤山先生。 ありがとうございます。
　今年で30年ですが、引っ越しは3回しました。小さな教室ですから、続けるのが大変なこともありました。コロナの時も大変でしたが、JSKでもオンラインレッスンができるようになりました。そして、国へ帰っても、たくさんの人がJSKで勉強を続けてくれています。今日もオンラインでたくさんの方に参加していただいています。ありがとうございます。
　この30年、色々な国から来られたたくさんの学習者さん、ご家族の皆さん、そしてたくさんの先生に支えられて、今日まで続けることができました。今では、毎年20ぐらいの国の方がJSKで勉強してくださっています。そして、今日もこんなにたくさんの方に来てもらって、本当に感謝しています。私は、素敵な学習者さんと出会えるこのJSKが大好きです。
　次は35周年、皆さんと一緒に頑張って続けていきたいと思います。これからもどうぞJSKをよろしくお願いいたします。
　今日はブラジル出身のイヴァさんが自分で育てた野菜を使って美味しい料理を作ってくれました。イヴァさん、ご主人のまことさん、お友達の岡田美樹さん、たくさんの準備をしてくださり、本当にありがとうございます。皆さん、短い時間ですが、たくさんお話しして楽しい時間を過ごしてもらえたら、嬉しいです。
　では、これから皆さんと乾杯をしたいと思います。飲み物を持ってください。オンラインの皆さんもいいですか。

Thank you all for coming to Nihongo Space, Kyoto’s 30th anniversary party today.
This is Toritsuka sensei, the teacher of the upper intermediate class. My name is Matt.
Nihongo Kukan Kyoto started in May 1995 under the name Nihongo Club.
Today, a teacher from that time, Nagai Sensei, has come from Yokohama. And another of the founders of JSK, Sawayama Sensei, is also here. Thank you both very much.
This year marks 30 years, but we have moved location three times during this time. We are a small school, so it has sometimes been difficult to keep going. It was also difficult during covid, but thanks to that we now offer online lessons at JSK. This means that many people have been able to continue their studies at JSK after returning to their countries. For today’s party, we have many people joining us online. Thank you very much.
For the past 30 years until today, with the support of many learners from different countries, their families and many teachers, we have been able to continue.
We now have students from about 20 different countries studying at JSK every year, and I am very grateful to have so many of them here today. I love JSK where I can meet wonderful learners.
Next is the 35th anniversary, and I would like to continue working hard together with you all. Please continue to support JSK.
Today, Iva-san from Brazil has cooked a delicious meal using vegetables she grew herself. Thank you so much to Iva-san, her husband Makoto-san and her friend Miki-san for all the preparation.
I hope you all have a lot of fun and enjoy chatting a lot in the short time we have together today.
Now I would like to make a toast with you all. Do you all have a drink, including everyone online? I wish you all the best in your Japanese language studies at JSK.
